Gerhard Stoltz

Estate Planning Associate

Before joining The LifeWealth Group, Gerhard spent 26 years as an attorney in his homeland of South Africa, helping clients become debt-free through debt counseling. Now, he helps clients feel confident and clear during the often-overwhelming estate planning process. Whether he’s offering guidance during a stressful moment or catching a detail that saves someone time and money, Gerhard loves supporting the bigger picture of people’s lives.

“Behind every retirement plan or financial decision is someone’s dream: a family wanting security, a parent hoping to leave a legacy, someone finally feeling free to enjoy the life they’ve worked so hard to build,” Gerhard said. “I wanted to be part of that process.”

Gerhard earned a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Pretoria and a bachelor’s degree in law from the University of South Africa. He has been licensed to practice law in South Africa since 2003. In the past, he served as a board member of The Haven, a nonprofit supporting abused women and children, and once worked as an accountant for Chelsea Football Club in London.

Born in Namibia and raised in South Africa, Gerhard now lives in Orlando, Florida, with his wife, Tania, and their two children, Isle and Ilan. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending quality time with his family and being present for the small moments. To unwind, he reconnects with nature through hiking and deep-sea fishing.
